Information on the protection of personal data
DSN DOLSIN with its registered office in Wrocław at ul. Trzmielowicka 7/9 (54-002), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000137330, with the REGON [National Business Registry Number] 000456467, NIP [Tax Identification Number] 8960002551, as the Personal Data Controller, collects your personal data obtained during the conclusion of agreements with you and in the term thereof ("Personal Data"), in particular:
- name(s) and surname, email address, correspondence address, company of the represented entity, phone number, job title,
- in case of entrepreneurs, we also process: NIP, REGON, address of the registered office, bank account number, and for entrepreneurs that are natural persons, we also have their PESEL numbers [Personal Identification Numbers] and addresses of permanent residence.
Personal Data processed by DSN DOLSIN are collected for the following purposes:
- concluding and implementing a connecting agreement and providing you with the services offered by DSN DOLSIN, implementing orders regarding goods, articles, and payments, as well as complaint handling,
- fulfilling of the reporting obligations and obligations provided for by the law, such as issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents, as well as archiving thereof,
- protecting the rights of DSN DOLSIN, including enforcing overdue payments as part of debt recovery processes and judicial proceedings,
- conducting marketing activities for the products and services of DSN DOLSIN, including sending commercial information—under separate consents of the Customer.
DSN DOLSIN may transfer your Personal Data to third parties for the purposes set out in this Information:
- the entities with which DSN DOLSIN has concluded a collaboration agreement ("Data Processors") in order to implement connecting agreements, fulfil DSN DOLSIN's obligations provided by the law, and implement the legitimate interest of DSN DOLSIN within the meaning of the provisions of the GDPR. In particular, DSN DOLSIN may entrust your Personal Data to such entities as: banks, debt recovery companies, entities providing accounting services, companies providing mail and courier services, and the companies with which we collaborate in order to provide marketing services. The abovementioned entities shall be obliged under the agreements concluded with DSN DOLSIN to apply the appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect the Personal Data and to process it only in accordance with instructions provided by DSN DOLSIN,
- supervisory authorities, government bodies, and other third parties—if it is necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes set out hereinabove and the obligations required by the law. Personal Data may be provided to supervisory authorities, courts, and other government bodies (e.g. tax authorities and law enforcement authorities), independent external advisors (e.g. auditors) or entities providing benefits. DSN DOLSIN shall make every effort for their technical and organisational protection measures and procedures to comply with the protection of your Personal Data required by the law. Personal Data shall be stored by DSN DOLSIN and/or the Data Processors only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which this data is collected, fulfil the obligations arising out of the provisions of law, for a maximum time of the period of securing the materials necessary for legal proceedings (including the tax proceedings) and until the time of potential limitation of your and DSN DOLSIN's claims. If you are en entity that has not entered into an agreement with DSN DOLSIN, then your data is stored only in the circumstances and in the scope specified in Article 6 of the GDPR.
Furthermore, you have the right to:
- request access to your personal data that is being processed by DSN DOLSIN,
- rectify or modify your personal data,
- delete your Personal Data, executing your right to be forgotten,
- restrict the processing of your Personal Data,
- transfer the Personal Data,
- withdraw or completely remove the marketing consents via an email instruction sent to dolsin@dolsin.com.pl
- object to the processing of the Personal Data.

We also would like to inform you about a possibility of periodic updates to the above Information, in accordance with the applicable law, of which we will be promptly informing you. We are available from 7 AM to 3 PM from Monday to Friday.
